This accumulated fat in the liver cells, it does cause any problem but it damages your liver by impeding its function. It is of two types; alcoholic fatty liver is a condition which arises when an individual drinks alcohol in excess level.
While breaking it down your liver gets damaged. Whereas, non-alcoholic fatty liver is associated with alcohol, the exact reason is not known yet. However, it is most common in overweight and diabetic people. Its symptoms are not noticeable but it can cause severe problems to your liver. This liver disease does not cause any symptoms. However, individuals can experience some serious signs. It is due to when the liver stops functioning properly. These are as mentioned below:-
1.Lack of appetite
It is a symptom of fatty liver in which craving for food gets decreased. It is due to deposition of fat in excess which disrupts the function of the liver. As a result, it makes it difficult for the liver to process nutrients. This leads in decreasing appetite which leads to unexplained weight loss,
2. Fatigue
It is quite a common sign which makes you more tired, lethargic and tired. In this condition your liver is not able to absorb nutrients and filter out toxins and this leads to fatigue. This also leads to extreme weakness.
3. Jaundice
It is another sign of the fatty liver which is caused due to deposition of fat in the liver. It causes scarring of the liver tissue which causes yellowing of the eyes and skin.
4. Nausea
It mostly occurs when you eat oily food which causes discomfort in the upper right abdomen. It also causes vomiting in individuals.
5. Confusion
At the severe condition, this symptom arises when the liver is not able to remove toxin from the blood. These toxins get deposited in the brain and make the patient confused.

7. Itchy Skin
When liver disease reaches an advanced level then itching can occur throughout the body. Most common in feet, palms, legs and arms.
8. Abdominal pain
It is quite a common symptom of NAFLD, such a condition arises due to inflammation and accumulation of fat. It makes you feel full in the upper right side of your belly. This pain is caused due to swelling in your abdomen.
9. Black stool
It is an extreme condition of liver disease and the color of the stool is black. It is because of internal bleeding which occurs when blood pressure is increased and the blood moves forcefully in the esophagus and stomach. When these veins get burst then cause internal bleeding.
10. Bleeding
It is quite risky which occurs when veins get swell and then burst. This leads to internal bleeding which can be life-threatening.
