Dr. Nayak is also the founder and trustee of the Samrohana Cancer Foundation.
Dr. Nayak has invented many medical technology they are used nowadays, like RABIT for thyroid tumors, and the RIA is used for every robotic surgery in the neck. Others are Minimally Invasive Neck Dissection (MIND), VEIL for groin nodes, and TARGET IORT for breast cancer. He also wrote 25 research papers in national and international journals.
