Dr. Stayendra is one of the well-known paediatric haemato-oncologists and bone marrow transplant surgeons in India. He has more than 25 years of working experience in this field. He has a special interest in treating leukaemia and blood transfusion treatment. Currently, he serves as the senior consultant of haemato-oncology and bone marrow transplant & stem-cell transplant at SHALBY Sanar International Hospital, Gurgaon. Additionally, he served as the senior consultant in a different hospital. He is also famous for launching advanced transplant techniques such as haploidentical and T-cell transplants in India.
Dr. Stayendra completed his MBBS from Sardar Patel Medical College, Bikaner(The University of Rajasthan). After that, he did DNB in Paediatrics, a National Board from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in New Delhi, and also, he did a diploma certification in Child Health(DCH). Additionally, in 2009, he did a fellowship in Paediatric Haemato-Oncology & Bone Marrow Transplant from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. In 2011, he did another fellowship at The Hospital for Sick Children(University of Toronto, Canada). In 2013, he completed an observership in BMT at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, USA.

He worked at multiple hospitals, including Manipal Hospital(branches are located in Jaipur, Dwarka), Fortis Memorial Research Institute in Gurgaon, BLK-Max Super Speciality Hospital in New Delhi, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in Delhi.
